This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for consultations and services booked through the WeCare mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by WECARE HOSPITALS NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED ("WeCare", "we", "us"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Consultation and service fees are set by the healthcare provider and are shown clearly in the app before you confirm and pay for a booking. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that booking; any applicable taxes are displayed at the same time. WeCare does not add hidden charges.
2. Cancellation by you
- You may cancel a booking from the app before the consultation or scheduled service begins.
- Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled start time, or after the provider has started preparing for your visit, may be eligible for a partial refund or may be non-refundable, depending on the provider's terms shown at the time of booking.
3. Rescheduling
Where a provider offers rescheduling, you may move an eligible booking to another available slot at no extra charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling options, if available, are shown in the app for that booking.
4. Refund eligibility
You are eligible for a refund where:
- You cancelled within the eligible window described above;
- The provider cancelled or did not attend the consultation or service;
- A technical failure on our side prevented the consultation from taking place; or
- You were charged incorrectly (e.g. a duplicate payment).
5. Refund method & timelines
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through our payment partner. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 2–3 business days and may take a further 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. WeCare does not store your full card details.
6. Cancellation by a provider or WeCare
If a healthcare provider is unable to attend, or if we need to cancel a booking (for example, for operational or safety reasons), you will be offered a rescheduled slot or a full refund of the amount paid for that booking.
7. Non-refundable situations
- Consultations that have already been completed and delivered as described.
- No-shows where you did not join or attend the booked consultation without cancelling in the eligible window.
- Fees expressly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For services paid in cash at the time of a home visit (COD), no online payment is collected in advance, so no online refund applies. If a COD service is cancelled before it is delivered, no charge is due.
9. How to request a refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us through the app or reach out using the details below. Please include your registered mobile number and the booking details so we can locate your transaction.
